We are a leading company based in Oxford that specialises in providing integrated health and social care services for people with lived experience of mental illness, learning disability, Autism and complex needs.
We focus on providing high quality, cost-effective, person-centered services that support the achievement of positive outcomes for the people we support enabling them to be in control of their own lives and helping them to realise their hopes and aspirations.
We are constantly seeking ways to improve our offer to those who use and commission our services.
The circumstances we operate in are challenging given the current economic conditions which means we must use the resources available to us appropriately, responsibly and ethically in line with our person-centered values. Against this background, we are realising our ambition by transforming our business and our care offer so that we remain fit for purpose and fit for the future.
Over the last few months, we have completed the first stage of our transformation programme to position ourselves and embark on the next stage of organisational development – building on our success, breaking with the past and investing in our organisation.
